1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tk10bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tk10bet website and all associated products, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, crash games, promotional offers, and payment services.

By accessing the tk10 bet.bet website, completing the registration process, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on tk10bet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.

• You have not previously had an account terminated by tk10bet for a breach of these Terms.

2.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and the mobile number associated with your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet. tk10bet reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of this information at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate.

Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, the voiding of any pending bets, and the withholding of outstanding balances pending investigation.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on tk10bet. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Accounts identified as duplicates will be closed and any promotional balances associated with those accounts will be forfeited. In cases where duplicate accounts are used to exploit bonus offers, the platform reserves the right to recover any winnings generated through that exploitation.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. tk10bet will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account while you are logged in is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact support at support@tk10bet immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tk10bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. These thresholds are subject to change and the current applicable limits will always be displayed within the cashier section of your account.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your tk10bet account balance within 30 seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. tk10bet does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the name on your payment account must match the name on your tk10bet account.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the tk10bet finance team within one to four hours for standard amounts during normal operating hours. Withdrawals that trigger additional verification requirements — including requests exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction — may take up to 24 hours while identity and source-of-funds checks are completed. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit on the account, where operationally possible.

tk10bet reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Players are encouraged to complete identity verification proactively within their account settings to avoid delays when making withdrawal requests.

3.4 Currency & Fees

All account balances, bets, and transactions on tk10bet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tk10bet does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment service providers — including mobile financial service operators such as bKash and Nagad — may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside tk10bet's control and are the player's responsibility.

4 Bonus & Promotional Terms

4.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available by tk10bet are subject to these general conditions as well as any specific terms stated at the point of the individual offer. Where there is a conflict between these general conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall prevail.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific terms of a promotion, all bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion description. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed towards the wagering requirement, while live casino table games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the specific promotion terms.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

tk10bet employs fraud detection systems to identify patterns of bonus abuse. Actions considered to constitute bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets designed solely to clear a wagering requirement without genuine participation in the game, and using automated software to place bets. Where bonus abuse is identified, tk10bet reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, void any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

4.4 Promotional Expiry

All bonuses and associated wagering requirements are subject to an expiry period. Bonus funds and any winnings remaining at the time of expiry will be forfeited without notice. The expiry period applicable to each promotion is stated in its specific terms and is measured from the date and time at which the bonus is credited to the player's account, not from the date of the deposit that triggered it.

5 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on tk10bet are subject to acceptance by the platform. tk10bet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to cases where the bet is placed in error, where the odds or game outcome have been affected by a technical fault, or where the platform reasonably suspects irregular betting activity.

5.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets for cricket — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches — are subject to suspension and update during significant match events such as wickets, over completions, and weather delays. Bets accepted prior to a market suspension stand. Bets submitted during a market suspension will be rejected. tk10bet is not responsible for delays caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side that result in a bet being accepted under different odds than the player intended.

5.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure affecting a casino game mid-round — including disconnections during a live dealer session or a crash game round — tk10bet will attempt to resolve the round and settle bets fairly based on the game state at the point of interruption. Where this is not possible, the affected round will be voided and the bet amount returned to the player's balance. Game providers' independent records of round outcomes shall be the authoritative source for dispute resolution.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game type, market, and the individual player's account tier. Current stake limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market at the time of placing a bet. tk10bet reserves the right to alter stake limits at any time and to apply individual account-level stake restrictions where warranted by the player's betting patterns.

6 Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk10bet and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with any game or market.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing discrepancies to generate unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, particularly in live poker or multiplayer table games.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes through a third-party financial provider without first exhausting tk10bet's internal dispute resolution process.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 18 years of age) to access your account or place bets on your behalf.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law, while misrepresenting your location.

6.2 Account Suspension & Closure

tk10bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, violated these Terms, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. In the event of permanent closure due to a breach, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. Where a balance is determined to have been generated through fraudulent means, it will be forfeited in full.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support@tk10bet. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

7 Responsible Gaming Obligations

tk10bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players in Bangladesh. We provide a suite of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered players at no cost from within the account settings panel.

7.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.

Where the platform has reason to suspect that a registered player may be under 18, the account will be suspended and full age verification documentation will be required before reinstatement. No winnings will be paid to any player who is subsequently found to have been under 18 at any point during their account tenure.

8 Limitation of Liability & Disputes

8.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk10bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including losses arising from betting outcomes, technical failures, unauthorised account access, or the actions of third-party payment service providers.

tk10bet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome, a payment, or any other aspect of your account, you must first submit a formal complaint to our support team at support@tk10bet with the subject line "Formal Dispute". We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 5 business days. All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint; disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

8.3 Governing Principles

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied consistently with the principles of fairness, transparency, and player protection. Where any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. tk10bet's failure to enforce any right under these Terms on any given occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that right on any future occasion.

8.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and tk10bet regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
